What is EACH?
EACH is the award-winning charity for adults and young people affected by homophobia or transphobia. It is also a not-for-profit training agency for employers and organisations committed to realising an equal and safe working environment for all regardless of age, sex, ability, ethnicity, faith, gender identity or sexuality.
Consultancy and expert support is provided regularly to local councils, the Education and Criminal Justice System, the Fire Service, Health, Libraries, Youth, Housing and Social Services, registrars, the Department for Education, Children and Young People’s Services, the trades unions, professional associations and the third sector.
Our freephone Actionline for young people affected by homophobic or transphobic bullying in England is available 9.00am to 4.30pm weekdays. It gives callers the opportunity to receive confidential help and support.
EACH’s freephone 0808 1000 143 number also provides a confidential homophobic and transphobic incident reporting service for everyone who lives, works or travels across the West of England.
EACH offers a casework service covering the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area providing one-to-one support to individuals who have been, or continue to be, the target of homophobic or transphobic incidents or crime.
Our exciting new Reach project has us working with schools and youth centres to help challenge homophobic, sexist and cyber bullying.
We also produce a range of eye-catching resources available on request or to download from this website.
EACH is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity governed by its memorandum and articles of association.
